The opportunity
The Supplier Onboarding Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of supplier onboarding requests across Supplier Experience Navigator (SEN), ensuring all required risk and due‑diligence checks are completed accurately, documented appropriately, and progressed in line with established processes.
The role acts as an operational executor, working closely with Sourcing Managers, Risk Management teams, and system support teams to move onboarding requests from intake through approval in a timely and compliant manner.
Your key responsibilities
Supplier Onboarding Execution
Review incoming supplier onboarding requests for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility prior to progression.
Execute end‑to‑end onboarding activities for assigned requests.
Initiate and monitor supplier responses, following up with Sourcing Managers and relevant stakeholders when information is incomplete or incorrect.
Due Diligence & Risk Coordination
Coordinate and track all required due‑diligence checks in line with the process in place.
Communicate medium and high‑risk outcomes and ensure correct escalation, stakeholder engagement, and evidence collection.
Stakeholder Communication & Evidence Management
Communicate onboarding status, outcomes, and required actions to Sourcing Managers and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure business owner approvals are obtained and retained when required for medium or high‑risk suppliers.
Upload, organize, and maintain audit‑ready evidence for onboarding and due‑diligence activities.
Monitoring, Reporting & Backlog Management
Actively monitor Pending, In Progress, and Completed onboarding requests within tools and shared trackers.
Support backlog reduction by prioritizing requests based on risk level, business urgency, and completeness of information.
Provide data and insights to support reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
Continuous Improvement & Process Adherence
Identify recurring issues (e.g., incomplete supplier responses, tool limitations) and escalate patterns to appropriate teams.
Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions, tool updates, and onboarding clinics as required.
Skills & Attributes
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding requests simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
Experience working in a global environment, with a high level of independence to meet deadlines
Hands‑on experience with workflow‑driven processes and evidence management
Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across locations
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Fluent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Plus
Experience in procurement operations, supplier onboarding, due diligence, or compliance
