The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Total Rewards to join our Rewards team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization and play a pivotal role in the growth of our Rewards practice.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your experience in Rewards advisory services to enhance our practice at EY.
- Deliver high-quality work on global client projects as part of our global distribution team.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all work outputs.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in areas such as Compensation pay band design, market intelligence, benefits design, incentive pay design, job evaluation & grading, gender pay gap, annual compensation and incentive reviews.
- Identify trends, derive market insights, and conduct research and analysis to uncover potential compliance issues and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with broader teams to upskill resources, lead smaller projects, and conduct surveys within defined scopes.
- Adapt to a dynamic and ambiguous environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive effective client communication and build strong relationships with clients and project team members across global locations.
- Strive to receive excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- 4-8 years of experience in Total Rewards or consulting
- A Master’s degree in HR, a full-time MBA, or an equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Experience in Total Rewards transformation programs and working as part of a global distributed team.
- Strong background in compensation & rewards benchmarking, rewards strategy, and annual incentive/benefits design.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboards, and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to create insightful reports.
- Additionally, familiarity with the latest in-demand skills such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), prompt engineering, data analytics, and digital transformation will enhance your candidacy.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Total Rewards processes.
- Strong technical expertise in the complete Rewards process.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Active involvement in end-to-end Rewards transformation programs, particularly those enabled by technology, and experience leading or participating in multi-workstream transformation initiatives.
- Experience in policy review, current state assessments, vendor selection, and designing global rewards processes and strategies.
- Rewards-related certifications are a plus.
