Job Summary:
As our Project Management Analyst, you’ll support the successful planning, execution, governance, and reporting of strategic programs and projects. This role maintains project controls, tracks performance metrics, supports stakeholder communications, coordinates project activities, and helps ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies and governance standards.
The Project Management Analyst works closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Solution Leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to provide accurate project insights, facilitate decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
The Project Management Analyst is responsible for supporting program and project delivery discipline across planning, governance, reporting, risk management, stakeholder communications, financial tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Support project planning, execution, and governance by maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and documentation repositories.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, scorecards, meeting materials, executive communications, meeting notes, decisions, and action items for stakeholder visibility.
• Track project performance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, and financial health, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning & Coordination
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Track progress against project objectives and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Monitor project deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Governance & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
• Support portfolio, program, and project governance processes.
• Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans.
• Compile and analyze project metrics for leadership review.
• Maintain project documentation repositories and support audit readiness.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Maintain project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs.
• Monitor mitigation plans and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support change request documentation and impact assessments.
• Assist leadership with identifying delivery risks and opportunities.
Financial & Resource Management
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial performance.
• Assist with resource planning and capacity management activities.
• Support vendor and procurement tracking as required.
• Monitor project financial health and highlight variances.
Stakeholder Communication
• Develop meeting materials, presentation decks, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and business stakeholders.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Ensure stakeholders have visibility into project progress and key decisions.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and reporting effectiveness.
• Support adoption of PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project portfolio.
• Promote consistency in project governance and execution.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
The role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize project data into clear insights for Project Managers, Program Managers, Solution Leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. The Project Management Analyst supports decision-making by compiling project metrics, tracking delivery performance, highlighting risks and variances, and preparing accurate reporting for leadership review.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The role requires strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and reporting capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and supporting technology, business transformation, ERP, SAP, cloud, or digital transformation programs.

• Understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Supervision Responsibilities:
This role typically does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The Project Management Analyst is expected to influence and coordinate across project teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery resources without relying on direct reporting authority.
Other Requirements:
Travel may be required based on project and stakeholder needs.
Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting project management, PMO, program management, consulting, or business operations functions.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience working within technology, business transformation, ERP, SAP, cloud, or digital transformation programs preferred.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Preferred qualifications include:
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP, SAP, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience with portfolio reporting and executive-level communications.
