Job role

The Service Excellence Supervising Associate is part of a global team that plays a pivotal role in transforming business at EY GDS enabling stakeholders to lead in the marketplace. The team partners with their stakeholders to solve problems through every step in their journey by focusing on innovation techniques, improve process efficiency and enhance productivity enabling them to remain competitive in the market.

This position will support GDS Argentina Service Functions in process improvement consultancy and developing and implementing Power Platform based solutions that drive business intelligence and support decision-making processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Create and optimize data models, utilizing DAX and Power Query for data transformation and analysis.
    • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
    • Build and customize Power Apps applications to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
    • Integrate Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party applications.
    • Ensure applications are user-friendly, responsive, and meet the needs of end-users.
    • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Work with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI and Power Apps.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms, implementing data governance practices as needed.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate functionalities.
    • Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and empower users.
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for BI and application development.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and management.
    • Stay current with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
    • Proactively identify and implement enhancements to existing solutions to improve functionality and user experience.

 

Education

Graduates preferred, IT related certification, Business Administration.

 

Other requirements (Preferred)

•     +5  years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement

•     Experience in working with Agile Methodology

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • High multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps development, including canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Experience with Power Automate for creating automated workflows and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in data visualization best practices and user experience design.
