This transformation combined with our in-country compliance capabilities will drive a better client experience whilst creating margin expansion and enable the Payroll Operate growth gaining significant market share for EY in the industry.

 

About the role

As part of the Operational Service Delivery team your key responsibility is to support with daily activities such as project management, escalation resolution and project governance, including interfaces with client local country contacts, shared service centers, tax/finance stakeholders and related EY network. You are working with EY Country Payroll teams to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements i.e., timeliness, accuracy, and agreed service levels. Effective communication is key here and with stakeholders and clients on various projects to ensure smooth operation and quality service delivery.

 

Daily tasks vary from managing multiple projects with cross-functional team members, financial management i.e., preparing budgets, invoicing and scope management, SLA and KPI reporting, calendars, consolidated reports, issue and risk logs, to prepare project plans and weekly status updates, propose solutions and assist with ad hoc requests.

To qualify for the role, you must have

•            Degree and/or undergraduate professional qualification

•            Project management experience would be an advantage
