PAS Tax US EYMP Staff - EY Global Delivery Services

Overview: Technology plays a crucial role in our client’s work and internal operations at EY. Our Global Mobility PAS team is dedicated to onboarding clients onto an integrated platform that streamlines mobility technologies and services, reducing costs and enhancing automation throughout the mobile talent lifecycle.

The Opportunity: As part of the Technology Deployment Consulting team, you will assist EY teams globally in onboarding clients to our technology tools, addressing transformation-related risks, and providing actionable recommendations. Your role will involve streamlining program execution while ensuring the integrity of tool features.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support business and project management teams by researching and recommending technological solutions.

· Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.

· Identify and escalate technology concerns to support teams as needed.

· Perform reconciliations and gap analyses, contributing to the overall solution strategy.

· Analyze business processes and tool transformations.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve related results.

Daily Task:

· Client Provisioning: Verify Mercury IDs and provision clients in EYMP; grant access to support teams.

· Data Rollover: Assist with data migration to EYMP.

· Data Management: Organize and clean data in Excel; utilize pivot tables for analysis.

· Data Analysis: Conduct trend analysis and provide recommendations.

· Database Maintenance: Update and maintain Excel databases for accuracy.

· Collaboration: Work with other departments and participate in meetings for updates.
