EY Career Center — Operations Enablement Consultant

This role sits within the EY Career Center and will work closely with the center’s operations team to support the delivery of executive coaching, group-coaching workshops, the Opportunity Marketplace, and development of career resources.

 

The opportunity

You’ll provide operations support for the EY Career Center business, owning the day-to-day review processes that keep our coaching services running smoothly and our data accurate. As part of this high performing team, you’ll drive efficiency, follow established processes, and help us measure and tell the story of our impact. You’ll have the support of a network of highly knowledgeable colleagues and the opportunity to make a significant impact on your team and EY.

 

Specifically, you will support the following initiatives:

  • 1:1 coaching client review and quality control
  • Monitor EYCC mailbox communications
  • Data integrity and analysis
  • Opportunity harvesting
  • ROI/impact and feedback support
  • Career resources development support
  • Group coaching workshop preparation support

 

Your key responsibilities

With a diverse range of responsibilities, your strong process discipline, data skills and keen eye for detail will be key for success in this role.

  • Review and process EYCC client user access requests daily.
  • Maintain data integrity across the EYCC system and trackers — auditing, cleansing and reconciling data.
  • Harvest opportunities for the Opportunity Marketplace and support the Opportunity Marketplace lead in initiatives, efforts, and communications.
  • Support the deployment and management of EYCC client feedback surveys; consolidate results into ROI and impact reporting.
  • Support the development of new career resources to be published on eycareercenter.com.
  • Build and maintain reporting that leverages data analytics to identify trends.
  • Support the preparation process for group coaching workshops, including participant registration and tracking, pre-work and assessment completion, materials production, logistics, and facilitator and coach support.
  • Build, leverage and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across Talent and the broader firm.
  • Communicate issues, progress and status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain integrity, privacy and confidentiality of EYCC data.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables and reporting
  • Understanding of the basic use of Copilot and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to shared goals and supports colleagues
  • Ability to navigate, utilize and leverage various internal resources and systems
  • Ability to identify, align and improve operational processes across the business

  • To qualify for this role, you must have
    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
    • Five-plus years of related work experience
    • Fluency in English, verbally and written
    • Ideally, you’ll also have
      • Experience within talent, coaching, learning, events, finance, recruiting or resource management
      • Experience working in professional services
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
      • Strong reporting and analytical skills
      • Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously
