Position Summary:
The Next Frontier Strategic Initiatives Manager supports in reporting on the program and executing on key strategic initiatives for the Next Frontier portfolio. This role works closely with Global Next Frontier Tech/AI Leader and Operations Lead to ensure consistent reporting across the portfolio, including enabling driving strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Program Reporting
- Own the leadership reporting cadence by consolidating inputs into executive‑ready updates, dashboards, and briefing materials with clear narrative, progress, risks, and decision asks.
- Strategic initiatives
- Enable strategic initiatives by translating exectutive guidance to actionable plans, and driving follow‑through across stakeholders to closure.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Clear, concise executive communication and presentation capability e.g., leadership reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influence skills.
- Entreprenurialism, curiosity, and the ability to get things done in a startup-like environment.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Technology / or related fields.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in technology related environments.
- Experience in supporting senior leadership in complex initiatives.
- Experienced working in global, matrixed delivery environments.
Location and work timings:
- Buenos Aries, Argentina
- Should be flexible and open to covering US-West Coast work timings (PST)
