The opportunity
We are seeking a Client Experience Strategist to support the Microsoft Alliance Frontier Innovation team, working directly with EY’s Microsoft Client Experience Director, in bringing EY's transformation experience (“Client Zero”) and client success to life for senior audiences. With Microsoft at the center of EY's All In strategy, this role helps translate real-world impact into compelling, industry-relevant narratives and high-value executive experiences. Working closely with account teams, EY transformation leaders, sector leaders, solution owners, alliance stakeholders and Microsoft, the individual will help develop and maintain executive narratives and proof assets, coordinate the executive briefing program, and support the systems and governance that keep EY's transformation story current, accessible and aligned to evolving alliance priorities.
Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the narratives and materials that tell EY’s own transformation story (“Client Zero”), translating internal achievements into clear, executive-ready proof.
- Curate approved client success stories into executive-ready briefing materials and reference packs for use in EY-Microsoft executive briefings.
- Own the systems, governance, and refresh cadence that keep EY’s Client Zero materials a structured, continuously refreshed and reliable library, evolving them as priorities and content grow.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of a repeatable model for joint EY-Microsoft executive briefings, including intake, planning, content preparation, stakeholder coordination, logistics and follow-through.
- Support EY executive briefings by capturing key insights, documenting actions and recommendations, and coordinating follow-up activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Keep the library and briefing content current, well-organized and aligned to evolving priorities, applying consistent standards and quality checks.
- Contribute to process automation, AI-enabled content and insight generation using approved EY tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage multiple priorities, identify execution risks early, escalate issues appropriately and support delivery aligned with KPIs and regional priorities.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong storytelling and executive-communication instincts – with the ability to shape Client Zero and client proof into concise, credible, industry-relevant narratives.
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships across account teams, alliance teams, regional teams and enabling functions.
- Strong client-service mindset, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs, follow through on commitments and contribute to a consistently high-quality standard.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and business content, connect insights to executive priorities and communicate findings in a clear, practical and action-oriented manner.
- Strong coordination, project management and follow-up discipline, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain momentum across priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise updates, discussion materials and leadership-ready reporting for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to influence and support teams without direct authority, helping drive adoption of consistent ways of working across the briefing and proof program in a matrixed environment.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment, and running repeatable systems rather than one-offs.
- Hands-on capability with working knowledge of data visualization and productivity tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to co-innovation ecosystems, alliance-led innovation programs, solution development, go-to-market motions or technology-led client pursuits will be an advantage.
- Awareness of AI-enabled productivity tools, with the ability to use them responsibly to accelerate the development of narratives, materials and reporting.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A University Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, technology, operations, consulting or a related discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience, including experience in executive storytelling, program coordination, alliance operations, business operations, consulting or stakeholder management.
- Experience developing executive-grade narratives, case studies, credentials or briefing materials for senior audiences.
- Experience project managing programs or events involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a large, global and matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and collaborate across functions, regions and teams.
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly and maintain strong delivery discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools, with the ability to convert content and data into compelling, executive-ready material.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience supporting technology alliances, co-innovation programs, solution area initiatives or alliance-led go-to-market activities.
- A commercial and client-centric mindset, with the ability to connect content to executive engagement objectives and alliance priorities.
- Growing fluency in priority sector themes (built over time) and familiarity with executive functional roles (e.g., CFO, CHRO, CRO).
- Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to summarize, structure and package content efficiency.
Technologies and Tools
- Strong hands-on capability with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Microsoft 365 productivity tools for developing narratives and materials, coordination, and stakeholder communications.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other approved AI-enabled tools for drafting, summarization, insight generation and productivity improvement will be preferred.
- Familiarity with shared trackers, dashboards, workflow tools and structured reporting mechanisms used in global delivery or matrixed environments.
