Summary
The Meeting Room Management & Booking Assistant plays a crucial role in optimizing the use of meeting spaces within GDS Argentina. This position is responsible for managing meeting room reservations, approving requests, and resolving conflicts based on established priorities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that meeting room usage aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve business requests for meeting room reservations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Maintain and update the reservation system with accurate information regarding meeting rooms, layouts, and available technology.
- Collect and analyze meeting requirements, coordinating with the WES team to ensure that meeting rooms meet business specifications.
- Reserve meeting rooms for long-term business needs, ensuring availability for future events.
- Address and resolve conflicting meeting requests by identifying alternative spaces that meet business requirements.
- Handle escalations from business teams, ensuring a seamless reservation process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, assisting other roles within the WES team as necessary.
