The Talent Development team brings support to the different services lines across GDS Argentina in relation to learning and development initiatives with the objective of generating business impact and developing a reskilling and upskilling mindset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Employee data support and conduct all activities related to On Boarding & Off Boarding process for all Service Line (coordinate with other Talent Function including HRBP)
  • Work closely with GDS Argentina leaders to understand training needs and how it impacts in the business
  • Deliver ad hoc trainings
  • Establish different and innovative learning initiatives
  • Deploy your core skills to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence
  • Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, learning champions, facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
  • Design, develop and maintain the learning portals
  • Manage business stakeholders and work with business champions to drive adoption of leaning programs
  • Manage, upload and analyze Success Factors information.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including business narratives and storytelling
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong MS Office skills – particularly, to develop engaging presentations

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Relevant talent development or soft experience
  • Analytical thinking with a can do attitude
  • Advance level of English
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
