Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage language programs.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage and oversee vendor relationships.
- Implement global learning initiatives.
- Lead special learning projects.
- Design and implement a leadership program for middle management.
- Conduct business partnership meetings with business leads to discuss learning needs.
- Facilitate training sessions as required.
- Design and organize a facilitator development program.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement learning plans for the Operations and Talent teams.
