Position Purpose
The Latam Talent Acquisition Operations & Innovation Senior Specialist will support the evolution and operational excellence of Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Latin America by helping implement, maintain, improve, and scale recruiting processes, tools, policies, and operational practices.
This role will act as a key operational and technical member of the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation & Activation team, supporting regional projects, process adoption, tool enablement, training, user support, data analysis, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position combines strong Talent Acquisition operations knowledge with a hands-on digital, analytical, and innovation mindset. It will help translate regional and global TA² transformation priorities into practical solutions that improve recruiter productivity, process consistency, candidate and hiring manager experience, data quality, and operational efficiency across Latam.
This is an individual contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
Technology, AI, Automation and Innovation
• Act as a technical and innovation-oriented contributor within the Latam TA² Transformation agenda, helping design, prototype, test, and improve digital solutions that enhance recruiting operations.
• Support the identification and automation of repetitive, manual, or high-volume recruiting activities, using approved technologies and in alignment with EY’s risk, data privacy, information security, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI-enabled solutions, copilots, agents, prompts, workflows, dashboards, trackers, and productivity tools that support TA² operations and decision-making.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to test, validate, and improve new recruiting technologies, AI capabilities, and automation solutions before broader deployment.
• Support user acceptance testing, issue tracking, change impact assessment, training preparation, and adoption monitoring for recruiting technology initiatives.
Recruiting Operations, Process and Tool Enablement
• Support the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, workflows, and operational policies across Latam.
• Partner with the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition team and country TA teams to identify operational pain points, process gaps, adoption challenges, and opportunities for standardization or simplification.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to TA teams on recruiting processes, tools, templates, policies, reporting routines, and process-related questions.
• Help document, maintain, and update regional TA² processes, playbooks, user guides, training materials, FAQs, and other enablement resources.
• Support regional deployment of global and regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring practical adoption by recruiters and alignment with local market needs.
• Assist in monitoring process adherence, data quality, compliance requirements, and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing corrective actions where needed.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions, office hours, workshops, and communications to build recruiter capability and confidence in new tools, processes, and ways of working.
Data, Analytics and Dashboards
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, trackers, and operational reports that provide visibility into Talent Acquisition performance, process adoption, productivity, workload, service delivery, and candidate or hiring manager experience.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, data quality issues, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Translate data insights into clear, practical recommendations for TA leaders and country teams.
• Support the definition and tracking of KPIs related to process efficiency, tool adoption, automation impact, data quality, compliance, and user experience.
Required Experience and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HR Transformation, HR Technology, People Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting operations, including requisition management, candidate workflow, interview coordination, offer processes, data management, compliance checkpoints, reporting, and recruiter enablement.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, workflow tools, dashboards, reporting platforms, or HR systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement, tool implementation, user adoption, training, documentation, or operational transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, build insights, and convert findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on with digital tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, and productivity platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a complex, matrixed, regional environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes, tools, data insights, and technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or SmartRecruiters is a differentiator.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel advanced analytics, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps, or similar productivity and automation tools.
• Experience creating dashboards, workflow automations, AI prompts, copilots, agents, process maps, user guides, or training materials.
• Experience supporting regional or global Talent Acquisition technology implementations.
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, responsible AI, and compliance considerations in recruitment processes.
• Experience working in Latin America or supporting multi-country Talent Acquisition operations.
