At EY, we are looking for a Contract Legal Management Senior (CLM) to join our Legal Managed Services (LMS) team.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Mobilization

• Support Managers in the initial development of client playbooks and negotiation guides.
• Analyze existing contracts and playbooks.
• Identify substantive and material changes in contract terms to develop negotiation guidelines.
• Support EY-led workshops for the creation of contract operations artifacts.

Contract Management & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ranging from low to high complexity.
• Perform contract redlining and propose improvements.
• Identify when to escalate matters to client legal or business teams.
• Collaborate with client in-house counsel and subject matter experts (e.g., Data Privacy).
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, client policies, and business objectives.

✅ Qualifications

• J.D., Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts.
  • Working with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools, including initial implementations.
• Experience with template-based contracts of varying complexity.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and documentation.

• Experience in procurement within the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with the following contract types:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Software License Agreements
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Experience in procurement categories such as:
  • Professional Services
  • Enterprise Services
  • Healthcare Operations
  • IT
