Junior IT Consultant with French ACR - EY Global Delivery Services

As a Junior IT Consultant, you will join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. You will be trained in the financial aspects of our business to be able to respond effectively to the needs of our customers and to employee tickets. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and financial skills in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist consulting teams in the implementation of IT solutions.
• Respond to our employees' tickets regarding IT issues.
• Participate in continuous training on the technical aspects of IT related to our services.
• Collaborate with the different departments to ensure consistency of information systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Document interventions and write activity reports.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a BTS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong interest in the field of accounting
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptability and desire to learn in a constantly changing environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in professional English is desirable
• Fluency in professional French is desirable
