Talent Attraction & Acquisition Associate
As a Talent Attraction Analyst, you will be responsible for attracting the best talent in the market for all EY GDS (Argentina) business units, working together with global leaders.
The opportunity
We are looking for junior recruiters to perform active and passive sourcing tasks for candidates from different industries. You will be working closely with the recruiting team in an agile methodology environment, creating sourcing strategies, and helping hiring managers around the world meet their hiring plans for GDS Argentina.
Your key responsibilities
- Attract the best talent in the market for all EY GDS (Argentina) business units, working together with global leaders and carrying out the end-to-end interview process.
- Search for opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
- Manage the company's image in the market.
- Identify target companies to obtain the talent required by the business.
Skills and attributes for success
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent communication with candidates and clients
- Development of networking and market intelligence
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Between 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Advanced English
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Advanced Excel
