IDT EMS – Advanced Analyst

Background

The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team at the GDS helps all Indirect Tax engagements to enhance service delivery by ensuring proactive coordination, timely communication, and efficient engagement management in a cost-effective manner. We are trained to carry out engagement management activities that are essential to each engagement, across different phases of the engagement life cycle.

Description  

The analyst will need to work closely with a team to provide Engagement Management Support for clients/stakeholders based in US, understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in the global service delivery and ensure that they have a strong understanding of the following key points, along with a fluid English as most of our interactions take place in that language.

• A detail-oriented profile capable of supporting client facing teams in Americas, providing timely and accurate information of the engagement to the client headquarters.
• The adaptability to work with EMS teams across the globe.
• An analytical profile able to provide explanations and solutions for mitigating issues & risks in a project’s coordination and monitoring.
• Project’s financials monitoring. Forecast adjustments, budget variances analysis, engagement billing support and Pricing Plans.
• Understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved and identify areas for process improvement and/or potential automation.

Technical skills requirements:

• Ability to work with global networks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Both English and Spanish - exclusive).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.
• Proactive, agile, and effective time management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate strong skills in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office.

Education:

• Graduate/Advance students - Economic Sciences, Public accountant, Commerce or Business management.
