Hospitality and Office Assistant
Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain coffee service area
• Manage cafeteria inventory and supplies (coffee, tea, sweeteeners, fruits, cereal bars, etc.)
• Assist with the ordering and preparation of food and beverages for events as necessary
• Ensure all meeting/training/conference rooms are clean and properly stocked with amenities
• Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
• Receive cafeteria stock supplies and store them accurately
• Track and prioritize daily tasks to ensure any deadlines are met
• Assist with employee moves and office space allocation distribution
• Perform other duties and activities as assigned or as responsibilities dictate, assisting other roles within WES as needed

• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
• Able to prioritize multiple, conflicting, urgent needs
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Be able to lift up to 15kg
