Job Summary:
VTH HR Business Analyst role seeks data analysis and analytics professional with a specific focus on, data investigation, predictive modelling, and data visualizations to deliver strategic insights to decision makers. The person in this role requires strong client relationships with senior talent leaders. This is an important position requiring both business awareness and technical knowledge, providing challenging opportunities for motivated individuals to contribute to the direction of achieving our strategic ambitions.
Essential Functions of the Job:
The key function of this position is to:
Ø Consult with our senior talent leadership in the United States to understand their strategic imperatives. Provide exceptional service by being connected, responsive and Insightful. Understand their needs and business questions to determine the right approach for analysis and what to deliver.
Ø Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders (including the Talent Enablement Center and VTH), Talent Leaders, Strategic Talent Consultants, Digital Talent Reporting and Analytics team, etc.) to keep on the pulse of what is important to leadership and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
Ø Establish credibility by demonstrating an understanding and keeping current on Talent Analytic trends, research and tools. Generates innovative ideas to employ in deliverables. Ø Independently drive the successful delivery of projects and products using strong project management and deployment focused activities.
Ø Analyze and clearly present data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides recommendations based on key trends and forecasts.
Ø Able to deliver clear and concise verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding in both parties. Able to communicate complicated data and analytics simply and clearly.
Ø Produce analysis and visualizations through cutting edge technologies such as PowerBI.
Ø Generate innovative ideas and solutions that improve products, insights and our ability to efficiently deliver.
Ø Support global and local workforce planning processes by facilitating planning activities, communications, and escalations
Ø Meet recurring and ad hoc analytic needs to drive evidence based decision making and action.

Ø Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools and well versed with related market trends, leading practices, services, and solutions.

Ø Develop high level familiarity with existing EY Reports, Dashboards, and other analytic tools, promoting the use of existing resources before developing new.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Ø Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Proficiency with MS Power Platform highly desirable Ø Possess a global mindset with the ability to work virtually across multiple countries, time zones and cultures, leveraging different technologies. Ø Have strong numeracy and analytical skills to grasp complexities and identify relationships among data via data modelling, ability to address problems and issues through data cleansing and organization Ø Knowledgeable on Data Science, Data Integration, Data Visualization and Data Analytics concepts and workings Ø Knowledge of Visual Basic (VBA) scripts and Macro development highly desirable Ø Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data Ø Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators Ø Strong design aesthetic and visualization skills, Expertise in providing in depth HR data insights using Excel and visualisation tools such as Power BI. Ø Strong experience with developing actionable management dashboards for HR or Talent organizations.
Other Technical Requirements: Ø Proficiency with HR Technology (PeopleSoft, Success Factors, Workday and/or Taleo a plus)
Ø Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools
Job Requirements:
Education: Ø Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline required.
Ø Diploma in Talent Analytics will be an added advantage
Experience: 6-8 + years or more of professional experience working in HR Services – Data Analyst/ Reporting or Operations domain
Certification Requirements: PMP, Agile certifications desirable
