Job Summary:

The GDS Ecosystem Relationship Contracts Lead Analyst will operate from the GDS Partner Operations CoE and provide end-to-end operational support for new Ecosystem Relationship formation, contracting workflows, renewals, document management, and ongoing contract support across EY’s ecosystem relationships. The incumbent will help co-develop, stabilize, and continuously improve the contract operations delivery model, ensuring consistent service delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, strong quality control, and compliance with organizational policies, risk requirements, and independence mandates. The role will also be expected to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and leverage automation, digital tools, and Agentic AI-enabled approaches to increase scalability and efficiency as contract support volumes grow.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Lead contracting process management support for new ecosystem relationships, including intake, workflow coordination, documentation readiness, review tracking, and closure support
  • Provide program management support, status reporting, process governance, and timely visibility of risks, dependencies, delays, and escalation items
  • Develop, track, analyze, and report SLAs and operational metrics for contracting workflows, with a focus on cycle-time reduction, quality, predictability, and stakeholder experience
  • Coordinate proactively with Alliance Delivery Center teams, GDS RMS, GCO, Independence, onshore stakeholders, and other enabling teams to support seamless contracting operations
  • Proactively follow up with business teams and GCO teams in multiple countries to reduce bottlenecks in workflow and ultimately reduce turnaround times at each contract review step
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness despite time zone differences, especially for time-sensitive requests
  • Support ERMS data & contracts management/maintenance
  • Regular Reporting (e.g., reports to Risk Management, Ecosystem Leadership, etc.) 
  • Proactive BRET & contract renewal support
  • Develop and follow structured quality control procedures, including document version control, review checklists, audit trails, process documentation, and exception logs
  • Manage exceptions and consult/escalate as needed
  • Contract reviews to identify & flag changes to specific contract terms (e.g., Independence terms)
  • Liaise with Global/Local GCO
  • Liaise with Global/Local Independence
  • Maintain country legal and Independence contacts list
  • Support for supplier onboarding processes with Alliance partners
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying handoffs, standardizing repeatable activities, improving documentation, and proposing sustainable mitigation actions to prevent recurring issues. Leverge Agentic AI for automation and simplification.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Highly organized with program/project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly summarize issues/challenges to be resolved
  • Experience working with contracts and ability to evaluate changes and summarize impacts
  • Should be excellent with MS Word – including ability to manage versions, track changes, compare documents, etc.
  • Ability to work with senior onshore stakeholders, excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, should have the ability to develop trusted business advisor relationships with onshore stakeholders
  • Should have experience with virtual working preferable across multiple geographies, including cultural sensitivity, with a global mindset
  • Proven ability to independently identify and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, define mitigation strategies, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
  • Strong conceptualization and process design skills, with the ability to visualize, define, document, simplify, and improve operating models, workflows, controls, and service delivery processes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify automation and simplification opportunities, translate business pain points into practical digital use cases, and partner with teams to pilot scalable solutions
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, Agentic AI concepts, prompt-based workflow support, process automation, and data-driven reporting, with the judgement to apply these responsibly in a contracts and risk-sensitive operating environment
  • Should have strong documentation skills – should be able to draft detailed process documention using appropriate writing skills and visual representation. Should have experience in using process mapping tools like SIPOCs, cross-functional flow charts (created using MS Visio). Should have experience with creating training materials
  • Experience working with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company. Exposre to Alliance program contracts will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of EY & GDS operations, incl. org structure, operating model, management information systems, independence concepts, etc. (for internal candidates), Big 4 consultancy exposure with experience in leadership support/strategic environment (for external candidates)

Job Requirements:

Academics:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or Law
  • Masters in Business Administration (Finance, Risk, Entrepreneurship, etc)
  • Exposure (work experience or academics) to Corporate and Finance Law would be an advantage

Experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in contracts operations, alliance or partner operations, program management, risk/compliance operations, business process management, or a comparable professional services environment

Location:

  • GDS Argentina
