About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements. This role involves coordinating key processes such as engagement setup, financial planning, contract management, billing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive and collaborative mindset is key, along with flexibility to take on new responsibilities and support the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, including setup, updates, and closure
  • Set up new engagements in internal systems, ensuring all required data is accurate and complete
  • Support client onboarding and compliance processes, including risk assessments and required documentation
  • Prepare, review, and maintain client contracts, ensuring accuracy and proper execution
  • Develop and manage financial plans for engagements, including budgeting hours, revenue, and key performance metrics
  • Monitor engagement financials and ensure alignment with expected targets
  • Support billing activities, including invoice preparation and tracking
  • Maintain and update engagement data to ensure accuracy over time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (written and verbal)

 

Key Requirements 

  • Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural and team environment is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
  • Proficiency in SAP (desirable)
