Our EAs aredriven administrative professionalswho enjoyteamingwith colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.Onany given day, your key responsibilities may include:  

Businesssupport

Engagementmaintenance- Support the client engagement management process, including tracking and reporting time & expenses as needed; running reports; maintaining accurate client and contact data; and play a key role in the billing process  

Documentmanagement- Use firm brand standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using various Microsoft tools

Meetings & events - Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings & small events (internal and external); liaise with designated teams for larger events; manage travel using our firm’s dedicated agents and travel tool;and independently manage multiple calendars

Teaming

Participate inmeetings and learning events;engage inteaminitiativesand projects; andprovide short-term backup support for your colleagues

To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevantexperience  
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office (Outlook,Word,Exceland PowerPoint)withproven abilityto learncustomizedsoftware/tools  
  • Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communications skills
