EY TTT: Executive Assistant (Senior)

Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to serve as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders at EY France. This role blends elements of business analysis and assistance with aspects of project management, supporting stakeholders in effectively leveraging Copilot and other AI-driven tools to optimize their daily tasks.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for French-speaking stakeholders, providing guidance on the use of Copilot and other AI tools.
• Assist in the adoption and integration of Copilot into daily business operations, offering tailored support and best practices.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance adoption strategies and improve the user experience.
• Coordinate and manage AI enablement initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate training sessions, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to enhance user proficiency.
• Track and report on key metrics related to Copilot usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to communicate stakeholder needs and improve AI solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Fluent in French (mandatory); advanced in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way with a positive and energetic approach.
• Capable of promoting and advocating for the team's services and capabilities.
• Project management skills to track and oversee enablement initiatives.
• Experience in creating reports, presentations, and training materials, as well as leading facilitation sessions.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Copilot and AI prompting.
• Background in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
