The Opportunity

The Exceptional Candidate Experience (ECE) Coordinator role sits within the Talent Attraction Acquisition (TA²) Activation Center’s Exceptional Candidate Experience sub-team and supports the delivery of branding initiatives that enhance the candidate and new joiner experience. This role helps bring EY’s employer brand to life across the candidate journey by supporting branding projects, preparing resources, coordinating activations, and supporting communications. The Coordinator will work closely with the ECE team, collaborating with our TA2 recruiters, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement branding initiatives aligned with TA² priorities and deliver consistent, high-impact experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

The Exceptional Candidate Experience (ECE) Coordinator is focused on coordination, project support, and execution, ensuring branding activities, communications, and recruiting programs are delivered effectively and on time. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while following established processes and direction. Strong communication skills are required to work effectively with a cross-section of EY stakeholders from multiple teams as well as external vendors and other constituents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

 

  • Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person attraction, branding, candidate experience, and onboarding initiatives through coordination, deliverable tracking, mailbox management, event production, and implementation
  • Assist in developing and distributing candidate-facing communications, presentations, marketing materials, event collateral, and branding assets aligned with EY employer brand standards.
  • Support market intelligence efforts by gathering and organizing insights on candidate expectations, competitor activity, recruiting trends, and event or program learnings to help inform branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative activities for recruiting events, conferences, attraction campaigns, onboarding programs, and other talent-focused initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status trackers, and documentation to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, stakeholders, vendors, and various internal support teams to coordinate project details, gather information, and fulfill execution activities, including activities with BMC, CSG, SCORE team
  • Help execute branding requests and project intake by organizing information, tracking progress, and supporting workflow processes.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, meeting scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities to support successful project delivery.
  • Gather feedback, monitor and track project outcomes, and provide administrative support for post-event and post-project activities.
  • Stay current on recruiting, branding, and candidate experience trends while supporting the team with research, best practices, and creative ideas.

 

Required skills and experiences:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, project coordination, events, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and execute projects efficiently while identifying potential issues and escalating as appropriate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, communications, or stakeholder activities is preferred.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders,
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and branding practices.

 

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting, communications, or marketing concepts is a plus.
