Dynamics 365 CE Data Lead - EY GDS

Data Lead Role Description 

The Data Lead will oversee the end-to-end data migration effort into Microsoft 
Dynamics 365 CRM, managing one junior resource and ensuring alignment across all 
data-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities include defining and coordinating the data migration approach, 
developing Excel-based data load templates for client completion, and providing clear 
system specifications and guidance to client teams responsible for populating these 
templates. The Data Lead will work closely with the client’s data team, which is 
responsible for data mapping and cleansing, to ensure data quality, completeness, 
and alignment with CRM requirements. 
The role will also be responsible for executing sample and partial data loads into lower 
environments to support development and validation activities. Additionally, the Data 
Lead will manage dependencies across upstream systems, remain aligned with 
integration load schedules, and coordinate full data loads in preparation for go-live.
