This role reports to the Global Associate Director within the Secure Access / Office Technology team. Secure Access manages a portfolio of in‑office technologies including physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan, and digital lockers. These services ensure EY people can securely access buildings, devices, and equipment with minimal friction, while meeting global security and compliance standards.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Lockers Operations Technician with EY Secure Access. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of Digital Lockers and server equipment. The Digital Lockers Technician will work closely with the customer to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency in the printing. Should be open to work in rotational shifts.
You will be part of a team of highly professional and skilled infrastructure technicians working 24*5 and on call during weekends. You and the team will work within a complex global environment in collaboration with other technical teams on the ongoing projects and delivered services are of high importance. You will need to have the ability to work in a technically complex environment and at the same time understand, follow and help to improve workflow and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Over 5+ years of relevant experience of working in an enterprise environment.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Create and manage batch scripts and PowerShell scripts for automation tasks.
- Utilize SQL Server Management Studio for database management and performance tuning.
- Design and develop reports using Power BI Report Builder to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards.
- Monitor, log, and prioritize incidents based on severity and business requirements.
- Perform application deployment and configuration in server environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Knowledge and skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SQL and database management.
- Strong knowledge of SSIS for data integration.
- Proficiency in batch scripting and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio.
- Experience with Power Bi Report Builder for report development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) (Optional)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices (Optional)
