The Delivery Technologist role within the Technology and Solutions team is focused on driving operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and related Talent processes. Delivery Technologists collaborate across functions, leveraging process knowledge, technology fluency, and business acumen to support practical solutions that align with organizational priorities and enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience. This role helps connect systems, processes, data, and user needs to support effective delivery, adoption, and sustainment of Talent initiatives.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will support a team of Technologists and Business Advisors responsible for delivering and sustaining Talent initiatives across TA2. In partnership with your T&S colleagues, vendors, and Enterprise Technology partners, you will help bring structure, follow-through, and practical insight to complex implementation and sustainment work. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working across systems, process, and execution, and who can help connect details across workstreams to support clarity, consistency, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities
•    Coordinate testing and readiness activities for implementations, enhancements, and process changes, including scheduling, progress tracking, outcome documentation, and follow-up.
•    Create and manage test candidates, execute test scripts, and recreate reported scenarios to support validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
•    Monitor ADD items, demand requests, tickets, bugs, and related statuses to maintain visibility, promote accountability, and support timely resolution.
•    Help triage Technology and Solutions inquiries by identifying trends, documenting recurring issues, and escalating items that require additional review.
•    Prepare routine updates, status summaries, reminders, and communications to keep internal teams and impacted stakeholders aligned.
•    Maintain process guidance, known issues, testing outcomes, decisions, and lessons learned to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and continuity.
•    Collaborate with Technology and Solutions colleagues, Talent teams, vendors, and Enterprise Technology partners to support execution across implementation and sustainment activities.
•    Support data gathering, reporting, and feedback tracking to identify patterns, surface risks, and inform process improvement opportunities.
•    Support automation opportunities by helping identify manual process pain points and contributing to practical solutions.
•    Apply established quality, risk, and compliance practices to help ensure work is completed accurately and in alignment with firm expectations.
•    Contribute to change management and readiness efforts by maintaining project materials, communications trackers, FAQs, and related documentation.

Skills and Attributes for Success
•    Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
•    A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the confidence to drive assigned work forward, ask thoughtful questions, and escalate appropriately.
•    Comfort working across systems, process steps, testing activities, tracking tools, and issue management workflows.
•    Ability to document decisions, process steps, issues, outcomes, and next steps clearly and consistently.
•    Collaborative working style, with the ability to build relationships across Technology and Solutions, Talent teams, vendors, and Enterprise Technology partners.
•    Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to summarize status, risks, dependencies, and actions in a practical and audience-appropriate way.
•    Analytical mindset, with the ability to recognize patterns, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
•    Sound judgment, adaptability, and commitment to quality, confidentiality, teaming, and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
•    3+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, HR operations, technology support, project coordination, or a related field.
•    Strong organization, follow-through, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage details and provide clear updates.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively, using sound judgment to identify questions, risks, blockers, and escalation needs.
•    Experience with recruiting systems, onboarding tools, ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, reporting tools, or related technology is preferred.
