Position Title: Associate – Contingent Workforce Support
Reporting To: Olga Slonytska, Supervising Associate
Contract Type: 1-Year Contract

Role Overview

The Associate role is aimed to provide operational and administrative support to the Contingent Workforce (CWF) program. The successful candidate will help triage communications, manage inboxes, oversee approval workflows, support project and stakeholder coordination, and actively participate in change management initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring consistent program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage communications in the CWF team inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and external queries.
  • Support reporting, project-specific outreach, and internal stakeholder coordination.
  • Direct hiring teams to appropriate internal resources.
  • Assist with subcontractor approvals applying risk management principles.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Assist with CWF program sharepoint site, Teams channel and other collaboration tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in a professional services firm desired
  • Experience in contingent workforce or talent operations is an asset.
  • Strong command of English language. Knowledge of French is an asset but not required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with BI reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and EYQ to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks.
  • Familiarity with EY systems (Fieldglass, Mercury, SuccessFactors) OR ability to learn and effectively use program-specific tools and applications.
