Community Impact Coordinator – Community Engagement and EY Ripples
The opportunity:
This role provides key support within EY’s Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team including operational and analytical assistance for EY’s Corporate Responsibility portfolio. The role will have a particular focus on helping coordinate compliance due diligence related to the nonprofit organizations which EY supports through Community Engagement Funding and/or EY Ripples volunteerism. The role will also support the Community Engagement Funding (CE Funding) process and portal management.
Based within Global Delivery Services (GDS) Argentina, this role will work primarily with team members based in the United States thus requiring flexibility and comfort operating across a range of activities and geographical time zones that vary based on evolving priorities.

Key responsibilities:
Non-profit due diligence support:
• Assist the compliance due diligence process assessing nonprofits/NGOs that EY supports via Community Engagement Funding and/or EY Ripples volunteer initiatives.
o The nature of this work might include exposure to discussions involving topics related to geopolitics, inclusivity, and the evaluation of support for beneficiary organizations and populations.
• Maintain, organize and track requests, diligence files and approval documentation for a Risk Committee that decisions nonprofit support requests
• Help review funding requests and volunteer initiatives to ensure alignment with EY policies and internal approval requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely escalation, follow ups, and resolution of compliance related questions
CE Funding Portal Management
• Support all aspects of the CE Funding Portal and process – particularly risk protocols (as noted above), documentation requirements, and related analyses. Provide support to Executive Assistant Coordinators (EACs) and Office Managing Partners (OMPs) for any questions they might have regarding the CE Funding Portal and/or CE Funding requests
• Assist primary users of the CE Funding Portal, such as EACs and others, managing their questions about the overall process or assisting with submission requests as necessary
• Track progress and timing of CE Funding submissions
• Run analysis to support leadership decision making
• Team with EY IT Developers to identify and implement Portal enhancements for continuous improved user experience
Other operational and administrative support:
• Support data analysis to help the team monitor trends, risks, and program activity
Provide support to the Americas Corporate Responsibility Leader and the Associate Director who oversees the team budget adapting priorities based on business needs. Tasks may include: preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports, summaries, and briefings
• Develop, organize, and maintain trackers, templates, and basic toolkits to support ongoing and new CR workstreams (integrating AI into processes where possible for maximum efficiency)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with particular strength in Excel
• Experience working with data handling, trackers, and reporting, especially in Excel
• Comfort with using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support productivity and analysis
• Professional, responsive, and collaborative mindset. Comfort working with stakeholders across regions and time zones (particularly the United States and Latin America)
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual (complete comfort and command of the English language)
• Comfort with technology and experience using AI tools and agents
• ~3 years of relevant professional experience, such as operational support, analytics, or project management roles
• Experience working in a structured, process driven environment (e.g., professional services, corporate, nonprofit, or similar)
