Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing High quality skills and competencies supporting operational and consultative Talent activities to EY member firms.  TS personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and are based in our centers in:

Poland: Wroclaw, Warsaw, Katowice

Philippines: Manila, Cebu

India: Bangalore, Trivandrum, Cochin, Gurgaon, Noida

Argentina: Buenos Aires

 

TS supports the Super Regions of EY and are funded by the regions based on usage. Learning TS supports a specific Super Region and acts as part of the extended Super Region Learning team. TS works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.

 

This role will serves as a trusted advisor to the Talent Services Leadership, overseeing a range of administrative, operational, and reporting responsibilities to ensure streamlined and effective operational processes. You will play a key role in consolidating data and information, maintaining reports, managing communications, and developing presentation materials for our stakeholders. Additionally, you will engage in ad-hoc projects and business initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team and support leaders in executing TS strategy
  • Participate in the global planning and FTE forecasting processes
  • Coordinate with different SF SPOCs for managing resource databases, support operational needs, manage projects and compiling information as required
  • Maintain the headcount database while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in guest relations and coordinate logistics for stakeholder and leadership visits
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and create presentation materials for leadership and stakeholders
  • Actively participate/Co-lead in process improvement and efficiency projects to achieve operational excellence and effectiveness
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team, including BCP and procurement
  • Support in meeting the operational KPIs such as timesheet compliance, mandatory learning completion, RTO monitoring, etc.
  • Manage communications, including drafting announcements, facilitating meetings, producing live events/townhalls, maintaining distribution lists and managing shared mailboxes
  • Deliver reporting requirements to GDS stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

 

Technical knowledge

  • Expertise on Reporting, Data Analytics, PowerBI and Data Visualization
  • Experience on leading, project managing or actively participating in transformation projects

Education:

•    Bachelor’s Degree


Experience:

•    3 to 5 years in of experience reporting and data analytics
•    Experience in project management is preferred
•    Experience across client/internal projects is preferred
