Business Assistant with German - EY Global Delivery Services
Job description
Your key responsibilities
· Pipeline Management;
· Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system;
· Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
· Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting;
· Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
· Preparation of complex settlements;
· Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
· Support in dunning processes;
· Creation of interfirm statements;
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
► Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
► Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
► Setup Engagement Code
· Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting);
· You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements;
· Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
· Stay connected with the business and functional experts;

To qualify for the role, you must have
· You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
· You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
· You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Excellent communications and organizational skills
