Your key responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management;
  • Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system;
  • Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
  • Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting;
  • Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
  • Preparation of complex settlements;
  • Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
  • Support in dunning processes;
  • Creation of interfirm statements;
     

Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:

Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process

Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database

Setup Engagement Code

  • Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting);
  • You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements;
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
  • Stay connected with the business and functional experts;

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
  • You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
  • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
