Business Assistant with German - EY Global Delivery Services
Job description
Your key responsibilities
- Pipeline Management;
- Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system;
- Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
- Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting;
- Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
- Preparation of complex settlements;
- Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
- Support in dunning processes;
- Creation of interfirm statements;
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
► Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
► Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
► Setup Engagement Code
- Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting);
- You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements;
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
- Stay connected with the business and functional experts;

To qualify for the role, you must have
- You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
- You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
