Recruiting GDS Supervisor

As a Recruiting GDS Supervisor, Supervising Associate, you will be at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with the U.S. team focused on operational expertise across 6 Activation Center (AC) subteams that include Data and Analytics, Exceptional Candidate Experience, New Joiner Readiness, Quality and Compliance, Recruiting Process Excellence, Technology and Solutions.

The Opportunity

The GDS Supervisor will help strengthen TA2 Activation Center delivery by combining recruiting operations, relationship management, process stewardship and stakeholder support. This role will manage GDS Activation Center resources as a flexible resource across the six AC subteams, supporting the U.S. onshore function and leadership by taking on work where business need is greatest, with particular emphasis on Candidate Experience, Onboarding, Technology & Solutions, Vendor Management support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support that enables recruiting teams to improve workflow efficiency and maintain consistent process execution.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting professional growth.
  • Liaise with US AC leadership to oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring work is prioritized, assigned and completed in alignment with AC expectations and objectives.
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal teams on execution of projects.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems, tracking tools and dashboards, including accurate documentation, status updates, tagging and reporting inputs.
  • Execute on priority work across Data and Analytics, Exceptional Candidate Experience, New Joiner Readiness, Quality and Compliance, Recruiting Process Excellence, Technology and Solutions.
  • Identify delays, gaps or process risks, escalate appropriately and recommend practical improvements that enhance consistency, compliance and overall service delivery.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of five to eight years of recruiting and/or recruiting operations experience
  • Working knowledge of current recruitment operations and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced English and can communicate confidently in professional settings, lead discussions, handle complex topics, and write professional communications with minimal errors
