Job Title: Junior Consultant - OneStream Platform
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our OneStream implementation and support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in financial performance management, working with a cutting-edge enterprise platform. The Junior Consultant will assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting OneStream solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Configuration:
- Assist in the implementation of OneStream solutions, including data integration, workflow setup, and reporting configurations.
- Work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Support & Maintenance:
- Provide first-level support to resolve OneStream-related issues, including troubleshooting system errors and assisting with configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and configuration.
- Training & Documentation:
- Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and system documentation.
- Conduct training sessions to help end-users understand and use OneStream effectively.
- Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay updated on OneStream features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and certifications to enhance technical and functional knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial performance management processes such as budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, or other financial performance management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or data integration concepts.
- Exposure to scripting or basic programming (VBScript, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model of working with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Aptitude spot process and system improvement opportunities
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus
- ERP Applications such as PeopleSoft or SAP, Hyperion, PowerPlan or similar applications knowledge and exposure is an added advantage.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.

CABA , hybrid (2 days office, 3 home working)
