ACR Manager - EY Global Delivery Services

This role is expected to be the first level of review and coordination of day to day Finance Operate activities based in Buenos Aires.

The key deliverables for this role are:

• Act as reviewers and coordinate day to day accounting activities performed by the team based in GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to the Manager.
• Oversee day to day activities from BA team, composed by Seniors and Staffs that include:
  • Manual JEs
  • Monthly Flash Report
  • Financial Result Summary
  • CFO Deep Dive Inputs
  • FERC reporting
  • Close Management

• Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and point of contact during the transition and after go-live
• Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours.
• Interact with other locations such as GDS India and ACR US onshore team to guarantee business model and client support is consistent across locations.
• Monitor operation metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and other metrics defined with client during transition.
