ACR Lumen Senior - EY Global Delivery Services

📍 Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid) 

At EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality financial and accounting services to leading organizations worldwide. We are currently seeking Senior professionals to join our ACR Lumen team, supporting end-to-end finance operations across international markets. 

About the role 

This position blends accounting operations, financial analysis, and process improvement, with a strong focus on ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with internal controls, and operational efficiency. 

You will play an active role in managing key finance processes, engaging with global stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to enhance performance and scalability. 

Key responsibilities 

• Participate in month-end close processes and financial reporting (R2R) 

• Manage billing, collections, and cash application activities (O2C) 

• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis 

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements 

• Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders 

• Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives  

What we’re looking for 

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 
✔ 4–7 years of experience in R2R, O2C, or general accounting processes 
✔ Background in corporate environments, Shared Service Centers, or Big4 firms 
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365, etc.) 
✔ Intermediate to advanced English level 
✔ Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills
