EY is looking for an experienced leader to coordinate and develop ESG Services in Argentina and the Latam South Region.


Personal profile

  • An executive, with 10+ years of experience in sustainability/ESG matters, with proven experience with ESG matters within the private or public sector.
  • Fluency in English.  Fluency or advanced skills in Portuguese desirable.
  • Ability to adopt hybrid working model, whilst aware that national or international trips shall be required for business purposes.


Technical profile

  • Has deep knowledge of, and experience with, at least one relevant aspect of ESG –with focus on the environmental realm.
  • Solid technical and business acumen associated with most pressing ESG themes, including, but not limited to, climate change, decarbonisation, carbon market and offset mechanisms, emissions certification, regulatory environment, green finance and green tax, ESG taxonomy, financial and non-financial reporting frameworks and assurance, renewable energies and energy transition, sustainable supply chain and traceability, green infrastructure and sustainability labels, sustainability strategies and long-term value, corporate responsibility, return over social capital investment, environmental compliance, technologies applied to sustainability.


Client focus

  • Known for visible presence at the highest levels of client leadership, leveraging relationships to strengthen presence and penetration at client/ account. Likewise, leverages and extensive external network for the benefit of the client/ account.
  • Trusted, sought-after advisor to highest levels of client leadership on technical, sector or business issues and challenges. 
  • Participates in, and promotes, events and discussions which joins industry, government, academia representatives and other relevant stakeholders to share and instigate innovative thoughts, enhancing personal presence and the brand of the firm in the marketplace.
