Talent Discovery Recruiter, Senior Associate

The Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) Senior Associate is responsible for sourcing high quality talent from internal and external sources, reviewing active applicants on open requisitions and analyzing recruiting data within defined service level agreements (SLAs). The TDR will use basic sourcing strategies and tools to source and develop qualified contractor and/or full-time talent to present to Talent Attraction (TA) Recruiters, turning over talent once identified and minimally screened.
This role will be part of a team of high performing sourcing analysts and will collaborate closely with the Lead TA Recruiter and the team of TA recruiters to establish robust candidate pipelines, provide market intelligence and drive usage of recruitment analytics to increase speed to market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage job boards and other sourcing tools to identify and create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Manage internal referrals as the first line of review, forwarding qualified candidates to the appropriate Talent Attraction Lead for further consideration.
- Oversee rehire eligibility process and coordinate with the internal team to ensure prompt completion.
- Utilize market intel tools to provide relevant and up-to-date insights on talent trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
- Manage external job postings on job boards and social media, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Adhere to SLA requirements of 24-48 hours to deliver sourced candidate profiles to Talent Attraction team.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, including dispositioning candidates when necessary.
- Leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process, including AI-driven candidate sourcing, screening, and matching to ensure the best fit for the roles.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting related role with an aptitude for understanding IT and technology related roles
- Fluency in English,verbally and written.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Aptitude with networking and use of social media to further drive our candidate pipelines
- Creative ideas and suggestions on how to improve our internal client engagement, communications, operations, and execution of our active applicant process
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational awareness and an understanding of how to manage sensitive relationships
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and remotely, without day-to-day oversight
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus. Willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms
- Experience working with remote teams and managing candidates across different time zones
- Ability to assess local talent pools and networks to source high-quality candidates
- Tenacity in follow up with internal clients to ensure task assignments are completed in a timely manner
