Website and Digital Content Senior Associate

We are looking for a senior communications professional to join EY Hungary’s External Communications team, taking ownership of our local web presence and digital content performance. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of content, technology and analytics, supporting one of the world’s leading professional services organizations.

The opportunity

As our Website & Digital Content manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EY Hungary’s website, ensuring that our digital presence remains current, engaging and aligned with EY’s global brand and quality standards.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing colleagues and regional teams to deliver high-quality content, optimize performance and elevate the user experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Own and manage EY Hungary’s website (structure, updates, publishing and maintenance)
• Ensure that all content is accurate, timely and aligned with EY brand and editorial standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and publish compelling digital content
• Support campaign deployment and content localization from global and regional materials
• Monitor and analyze website performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Continuously optimize content based on engagement metrics and user behavior
• Contribute to broader digital communications and content initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong understanding of digital content management and web publishing workflows
• Excellent written and editorial skills in both Hungarian and English
• Structured thinking with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and brand consistency
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to work independently in a senior role, while collaborating across teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Several years of experience in digital communications, content management or web operations
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms
• Proven track record in content creation and digital project coordination

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (or similar platforms)
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Video editing skills or experience with multimedia content
• Exposure to a corporate or professional services environment
