The opportunity

 

As a Team Assistant you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to client serving colleagues during standard office working hours through a precise, reliable and client-oriented mindset.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Maintain the smooth running of the daily work of the department
  • Facilitating travels abroad and countryside visits
  • Scheduling internal and client meetings
  • Handling billing, financial administration and reporting
  • Assisting proposal, contract preparation
  • Handling telephone calls, expense reports, and timesheets
  • Filling of the project work documentation
  • Recording incoming/outgoing letters, faxes
  • Occasionally typing / formatting / binding of reports, letters, power point presentations

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • 2-3 years experience in similar role (legal assistance and client-facing position in travel agencies or customer care related roles are highly appreciated)
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Fluency in English and native Hungarian is a must
  • Reliable software user knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)

 

Ideally, you also have

 

University/college degree or any job related certificate is a definite advantage
