The opportunity

We are seeking to expand our team with Senior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors. The Business Transformation team focuses on management consulting services including strategy development, improvement of customer experience and overall performance (efficiency and revenue) supplied to both local and global clients covering various sectors.

  Main responsibilities

·       Perform project delivery tasks related to corporate & functional strategy development, improvement of business operation & processes independently under close supervision of project manager

·       Undertake market, strategy and operational assessments (data gathering from primary & secondary information sources, structured data analysis, process observations)

·       Synthesize analysis results and draw meaningful conclusions and alternative solutions

·       Facilitate assessment and design workshops 

·       Design results in structured format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, process modelling tools)

·       Support project manager in pro-active manner to deliver project tasks on time in a high quality 

·       Delegation to and training of junior colleagues

·       Actively participate in client discussions

Your qualifications

·       3-5 years work experience in project environment in the field of strategy, transformation, process improvement  or at a top-tier consulting firm or Big4 company

·       Bsc or Msc Degree in the field of Economics

·       Strong consulting skillset: structural and pro-active design thinking, fact-based problem solving, convincing communication

·       Client focused mindset

·       Exceptional drive and commitment for success

·       Outstanding communication & presentation skills in Hungarian and Engligh

·       Advanced user level in MS Office tools
