The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our marketing team, responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using our automation platform. This role ensures the smooth operation and success of our marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns via EY’s marketing automation platform.
- Manage and enhance workflows in Marketo (Marketo experience is a strong advantage).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop personalized customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including:
- SEO strategy and execution
- Customer journey analytics
- Website development and optimization
- Online advertising management (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong local digital presence and online advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn) are essential for lead generation and brand visibility. The position ensures data-driven campaign optimization, improving ROI and supporting broader digital initiatives such as SEO, website enhancements, and customer journey mapping. Immediate replacement is necessary to maintain continuity and achieve marketing objectives.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Proven experience in marketing automation (Marketo expertise is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing approaches.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in SEO, paid media, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
