The opportunity

 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Reward Advisor with over 4 years of expertise in employee compensation and benefits, who is also client-facing. The role is designed for an experienced professional who can independently lead complex reward workstreams and contribute confidently to discussions with HR and business stakeholders.

This role will be pivotal in both participating in and leading projects that shape companies’ job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, pay and bonus structures, pay transparency readiness, pay equity and pay gap assessment, salary range design and total reward frameworks.

You should be comfortable leading and supervising a small team (2-3 members). This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of reward mechanisms and their influence on business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement job architecture frameworks aligned with clients’ organizational goals, defining job families, career levels and role structures to support consistent grading, career progression and pay decisions.
  • Design pay and bonus structures that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Lead pay transparency readiness and pay equity workstreams, including reward process reviews, pay gap analytics, risk identification, reporting readiness and practical implementation roadmaps. Translate EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements into practical reward processes, data requirements and governance.
  • Analyze compensation and payroll data for salary benchmarking, pay equity and pay gap assessments, and translate findings into clear client recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes, and advancements in compensation and benefits.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 HR advisor professionals, fostering their growth and development.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of experience in reward / compensation and benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and grading.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing reward data and designing compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive plans.
  • Practical understanding of pay transparency and equal pay principles, with the ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into reward processes and governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

 

Advantage

 

  • Being interested in payroll / personal income tax and social security area.
  • Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and experience using payroll data for reward analysis, pay equity assessments or pay gap analysis are an advantage.
