The opportunity

As a Senior Controller, you will play a key role in supporting leadership with high-quality financial insights that directly influence business decisions. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will combine analytical thinking with a proactive mindset to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights.

This is an opportunity to step beyond reporting and actively shape business performance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, timely and reliable reporting with clear and insightful interpretation
• Translate financial data into meaningful business insights to support leadership decisions
• Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers and explain variances versus plan
• Provide regular and ad hoc analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Identify risks and opportunities in regional performance and proactively suggest solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to understand deviations and drive follow-up actions
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance management processes
• Support monthly and annual closing from a controlling perspective
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting and controlling processes

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business insights
• Experience in controlling, reporting and financial performance analysis
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high level of ownership
• Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• High level of accuracy, reliability and professional integrity
• Advanced Excel skills and confident use of PowerPoint

Ideally, you’ll also

• Bring knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
