About the opportunity

You will have the opportunity to assist the world’s leading multinational organizations advising on various Saudi Arabian tax matters. • We are currently seeking Business Tax Advisor (BTA) Seniors to participate in challenging tax engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax structuring, planning and advisory services for our diverse clients.

Scope of work

Scope of work tasks include but not limited to:

• Analyze and review the business structures and the underlying arrangement from a direct tax aspect and identify the key tax implications
• Delivering clients with quality, timely and responsive tax advisory services in the area of corporate income tax, withholding tax and other tax advisory related matters
• Demonstrate an understanding of complex tax concepts and discuss the complex tax issues with the engagement team and client
• Be informed of current tax developments and effectively apply tax knowledge to client’s business situation
• Thoroughly and accurately analyze information and prepare practical and effective approaches to the client's tax situation 
• Supporting the team in achieving the objectives and preparing client ready deliverables
• Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals
• Prepare client proposals
• Attend client business meetings, as and when required
• Provide insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients while demonstrating a good understanding of their business
• Team player and problem solver

Qualifications required

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University
• At least 3 years of Direct Tax/International Tax experience as a Tax Professional/Consultant
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership ability required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel required
• Must be self-directed, able to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Fluent in English

Ideally, you’ll also have but is not a must

• KSA tax experience is a plus
• Arabic language knowledge is a plus
• Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm
