Talent Attraction and Acquisition plays an important part of in the growth of EY Global Delivery Services Hungary. You will be successful in this role if:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Business Administration or any related field.
- You have a few years of experience as an agency or in-house sourcer/recruiter for professional roles and you would like to further drive your career within the big 4 / business services sector.
- You have a strong background in sourcing, know various sourcing tools and techniques; you have already been engaged in creating and implementing sourcing strategies and you are eager to incorporate AI into your daily work.
- You’re a master of attracting candidates - you know how to build strong pipeline and you are flexible to deliver tailor-made solutions.
- You flourish in an environment where things are not always fully defined and where you have a chance to shape the ways of working.
- You are not afraid of challenging situations and have the resilience to tackle them by your solution-oriented approach and you can keep your calm when under pressure.
- You value the advantage of working in a multicultural environment.
- You speak English and feel confident with global stakeholders and candidates from abroad.
- Ideally, you speak German too (this is not a requirement).
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and have experience working with applicant tracking software, preferably Success Factor.
- You understand the key aspects of recruitment marketing, including use of social media channels, and enjoy producing creative materials.
- You appreciate the insight you can get from data and feel comfortable with using excel for reporting. Further skills, like Power BI, is an advantage.
Your typical day will be a mixture of:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Scheduling and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Preparing offer letters and hold offer conversation with candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Keeping abreast at market trends and creating market scans of talent availability
- Providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by communicating promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks as needed.
