The opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Product Analyst to join our global Talent Solutions team at an exciting time of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on strategic Talent initiatives with global reach.

 

You’ll play a key role in enhancing Talent processes across Attraction & Acquisition and Onboarding, supporting global priorities around recruitment transformation, automation and experience improvement.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Document and improve Talent processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter, more streamlined ways of working
  • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into clear, practical process solutions
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes and priorities
  • Support testing and implementation of process changes
  • Monitor demand and help prioritise change requests effectively

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong experience in Talent Attraction & Acquisition and/or Onboarding
  • Ability to document processes clearly and translate requirements into solutions
  • Passion for improving experience through technology and process
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment

 

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Have experience supporting process change or transformation initiatives
  • Bring exposure to HR systems or technology-enabled solutions
  • Be looking to move from a functional role into product or technology
