The opportunity
The country’s (in our opinion) best On-Site Technology Support team is looking for the country’s best On-Site Technology Support Specialist, who’s not yet part of our team!
Your key responsibilities
EY Technology manages and operates all the technology we use at EY, providing quality service and business solutions to EY personnel worldwide. On‑Site Technology Services (OSTS) sits within EY Technology. We are the ‘face of EY Technology’.
We provide hands‑on support, provisioning and troubleshooting of hardware (notebooks, A/V, iPhones, etc.), software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS, etc.) and network‑related issues. We cooperate with other EY Technology teams around the world.
Skills and attributes for success

- You just love technology, and you are good at it - proven during your 1-3 year experience
- You are happy to help others who might struggle with technology
- You know exactly what exceptional customer support means
- You speak Hungarian, but using English is not a problem either
- You find solutions and fix problems effectively alone or together with the team
- You are proactive and always ready to improve processes or user experience
- You just love administration. Or not - but you still log the tickets
