The opportunity

We call our human resources group the Talent Team, reflecting how important our people are to EY’s success. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, providing programs, measures and tools that enable employees to achieve their goals.

 

Your key responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide consultative support to two service lines (Consulting and Strategy&Transactions-EYParthenon), ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. You will collaborate with business leaders to shape the talent agenda aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Proactively monitor Service Line performance, identify people issues, and provide insights to drive business performance.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, flexible working, health and well-being programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Support leadership development within service lines.
  • Partner with talent consultants on induction, appraisals, salary reviews, promotions and exit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage performance-related risks.
  • Respond to complex employee queries and facilitate performance/talent reviews.
  • Take proactive steps to manage high-potential exits.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, measurement and process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies and talent management practices.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong time and project management skills, with flexibility to prioritize effectively.
  • Finance sector (Bank, SSC) background
